Lot 339: Corum. A lady's 18ct white gold manual wind wristwatch with blue goldstone glass dial
Ref: 27330, circa 1990

My first pick is lot 339. Corum have always loved to experiment with dial colours, form and textures and this small sized white gold watch with a stunning blue glasstone dial is so glamorous and so much fun for the evening. This could also be mistaken for a really retro 70's piece and I love this aesthetic.

Lot 19: An Italian fringe necklace, or 'Cleopatra' collar,

with graduated bars to a concealed box clasp

My second pick is lot 19. Perhaps I am biased as this really reminds me of a Rolex watch bracelet, but I absolutely love the modern stylish look of this piece even though it actually dates from the 60's. I would love to wear this with an LBD for maximum impact.

Lot 29: A late 19th century gold, ruby and diamond serpent ring

My third pick is lot 29. The rebel in me loves this beautiful 19th century snake ring and its tiny details. I love wearing antique pieces in a modern context.

Lot 35: A 20th century diamond star brooch

My fourth pick is lot 35. This sensational star brooch would look super stylish on the lapel of an oversized blazer. There has been a bit of a brooch revival, and I've seen people mixing and matching different pieces on one jacket.

Lot 313: Rolex. A stainless steel automatic bracelet watch
Explorer, Ref 5500, Serial number 1738287, Circa 1967

My fifth pick is lot 313. What better way to start your vintage watch collection than with a Rolex explorer 5500 from the late 60's. There are so many variations of the explorer out there that make this  a really interesting area of watches to get into, plus its a great wearable size and remains a really classic design, one of Rolex's longest running in fact, so it really hasn't dated over the years.

Lot 364: A pair of emerald and diamond drop earrings

My sixth and last pick is lot 364. I love these statement diamond and emerald earrings, they're such a vibrant colour and I think they'd be so elegant to wear with an 'up-do.'
