Roseberys London are delighted to offer their clients the opportunity to follow our auctions and bid live online from anywhere in the world, using Roseberys in-house live bidding platform RoseberysLive.
The system is easy to use and offers our clients a way to bid securely and directly with us, without the use of services provided by third parties. This is a complimentary service with no additional surcharge.

Registration

How do I register/create account?

If you already have an online account, use the login section and enter the Email Address and Password that you registered with. If you have forgotten your password click “Forgot Password?”.

If you do not already have a Roseberys account you will need to Create an Account. Click on the top right of the page button 'REGISTER / LOGIN' and then choose the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' option.

You will need to choose if you want to create an account as a Buyer, Seller or Both.

You will need to enter your basic details – First Name, Surname, a valid Email Address, Nationality, Date of Birth and a password. If at this stage you do not provide your ID and address verification documents you will be created a “Lite Account” this will allow you to save favourite lots, select your preferred interests to receive our newsletters, and register to receive personalised keyword alerts emails. Should you wish to bid or sell at one of our auctions you will need to upgrade to a full account.

Make a note of your password in a safe place, you will need it to Login in future.

Please ensure you read through the Terms and Conditions and click to agree before clicking on the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page.

If you have not provided your billing address or verified your identity you will need to upgrade to a full bidding or selling account before bidding or selling at Roseberys. To do this you will be reminded when you login at the top of the page:

Non-UK Domicile bidder deposit

We ask all non-UK bidders to lodge a £500 GBP deposit with Roseberys prior to bidding with us. This is applicable the first time you bid with us.

Once you’ve created a Roseberys Full Account you will be able to register for auctions, bid and sell.

Live Bidding

What is a Live Auction?

Live auctions are traditional auctions held at our auction venue. You can choose to buy online via our bidding system or attend the auction to bid in person. Make sure you check the location, date and time of the auction so you don’t miss out.

Absentee Bidding

What is an absentee bid or advanced auto bid?

Absentee bids, also called advanced auto bids are bids that are placed in advance of the auction by a bidder.

They can be left at any time prior to the auction or even during the live auction providing that lot is not currently being offered or has already been sold.

You can increase your bid at any time before the lot is offered in the Live sale.

Remember to check the bid calculator and include any addition charges like Buyers Premium, VAT and Artist Resale Rights so you are fully aware what the final total for the lot will be.

You can now keep track of your favourite items from any Roseberys auction by adding the item to your watchlist using the link on the item page. You can view all the lots in your watchlist by clicking on the ‘My Wishlist tab in “My Account”.
