Collection, Delivery & Storage Information

Collections

After an auction you are welcome to collect your lots in person, or by sending a chosen carrier. Please note we do not offer an inhouse shipping service.

In order to make the collection as swift as possible we ask that you book a timeslot at least 24 hours before your arrival so our collections department can prepare your items in advance.

We have a small selection of packing materials and bags on site but are unable to provide specialist packing materials, or pack any items.

Lots can be collected from the main auction rooms, address 70-76 Knights Hill, SE27 0JD, with the following exceptions:

All Traditional & Modern Home lots are stored at our warehouse

All Furniture & Rug lots from specialist auctions, will be transferred to our warehouse for collection the day following the auction.

Oversized items

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm.
Collections can be made on selected weekend days and strictly by appointment only.

Delivery

Roseberys do not offer an inhouse shipping service. Please find a list of suggested carriers who our clients use regularly, alternatively we are happy to release to your chosen carrier.

Please note: We are unable to pack any items, and ask that you ensure your carrier is able to pack the items for their safe transit.

Ensure that you have had receipt of payment from our accounts department so that your items can be released. We are unable to release items until payment has cleared.

In order to release to a third party carrier you must inform us in writing of the lot number and carrier name and collection date.

Storage & Charges

We ask that all lots are collected within five days of the auction. Should this not be possible we ask that you please contact us to discuss and we would be happy to try and assist you.

If your purchased lots are not collected within this timeframe items will be subject to storage charges of £5 + VAT per day per lot plus an additional transfer charge of £10 + VAT per lot for items that are moved to our offsite storage facility.
