Isabella joined the team at Roseberys in 2023 and works in the Old Master, British & European Pictures Department. She assists with the tri-annual Old Master, British & European Pictures sales, and manages the Traditional Home Pictures sales; researching, cataloguing and photographing the works. Prior to this, she interned at Christie’s in their 19th Century British and European Art department and she also gained valuable experience working in museums.

Isabella is a graduate of The Courtauld Institute of Art. Through her studies, she developed a broad and detailed understanding of art history from the early Renaissance to the late 19th century. Her dissertation focused on John William Waterhouse’s artistic responses to narrative poetry by John Keats and Alfred, Lord Tennyson. Isabella has a particular fondness for Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite paintings and a keen interest in maritime, sporting and wildlife art.
