Roseberys' July sale features over 500 lots, and is a true celebration of the variety the Old Masters category can offer collectors. Exciting discoveries include a previously unknown portrait miniature of George Washington, a rare 15th-century East Anglian painting and a Victorian album with a royal connection. The auction features a particularly strong selection of works on paper, with highlights spanning several centuries, from Jan Brueghel the Elder to Honoré Daumier. We are also pleased to offer striking oils by well-known artists like Francesco Solimena, Peter Monamy, George Chinnery and Philip de László.
